Shipping & Return Policies
Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Shipment: Your order will be shipped out within 1 business day from your order date. Depending on your location within USA, most orders will arrive to your residence within 7 business days; however, most orders come much sooner than this. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Guam.
Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Returns: Skatro is proud to offer a 100% money back guarantee for 15 days. If you are not thrilled and ecstatic about your new Skatro Board, you have the option to return the product for a full 100% refund. Please note, you will need to bear the expense of returning the product to our warehouse.
Also note, if you want to initiate a return, you must get in touch with us first so that we can provide you a return authorization number. Returning products without a return authorization number will void any refund. Accordingly, please make sure to contact us before you start this process. We will walk you through the steps.
